The Peninsulist

Greenwich Peninsula is a new urban community with design and creativity embedded in its fabric. The Peninsulist is a go-to print and digital publication for everything that’s going on at Greenwich Peninsula – from public art installations to resident profiles to what’s on and when.

Since it launched, we have created the branding for the digital events platform and produced more than 850,000 copies and 23 issues of the printed newspaper. In that time, The Peninsulist has featured pioneers in art, design and culture, including Tom Dixon, Allen Jones, Damien Hirst, Morag Myerscough and Camille Walala.

We produce the Peninsulist totes for the Urban Village Fete – one of London’s biggest free events – as well as the quarterly design market, SAMPLE, held at Greenwich Peninsula.

A celebration of creativity, culture and community in the city, both events are curated by Hemingway Design and the totes have featured artists such as Yinka Ilori, Camille Walala, Nicholas Daley, Luke Ashley and Fred Butler.

Our digital branding platform for the Peninsulist Presents: A series of exclusive live music sets, craft and design workshops, insightful talks and delectable food demonstrations.
