Greenwich Peninsula

Greenwich Peninsula by Knight Dragon is fast becoming the capital’s most boldly modern landscape. Spanning 150 acres and wrapped by 1.6 miles of the River Thames, it is one of the largest urban regeneration schemes in Europe. There are 17,000 new homes, 12,000 new jobs and 48 acres of open public space emerging over the coming years.

An urban community with design and creativity embedded in its fabric, thousands of pioneers live in new riverside homes, work in the cutting-edge Design District and enjoy The Tide – Greenwich Peninsula’s cultural linear park.

We have been working with Greenwich Peninsula since the very beginning to help the team at Knight Dragon communicate the brand and present it as a new destination for modern urban living. From property-specific marketing materials to community event activations and sub-brand or pop-up creations to site-wide signage, we are fully immersed in helping shape this incredible place.

Held within Marks Barfield Architect’s Gateway Pavilions, The Greenwich Peninsula marketing suite has been designed by Emulsion. Over the years we have produced many graphic elements and helped to direct the digital interactives in the building to support the sales team.

We worked with Droga5 and Greenwich Peninsula on the rollout of The Tide brand, including the event materials for the Turning Tides Festival.
